 The Golf Club, when used with exercise equipment with a pulley system or Resistance Bands builds muscles, muscle memory and strengthen muscles for the impact zone  and  takeaway  zone for the sport of Golf.  The Golf Club attachment will develop the muscles for these key positions and train the body to memorize that action through repetitive and isometric exercises.
