ET Training Systems spent years analyzing the biomechanics of the human body for the soles purpose of developing muscle strength, power, bulk and definition. 

Through this analysis ET Training Systems has developed a do yourself book that instructs bodybuilders how to develop maximum, power, size and definition.

Our bodybuilding book includes 6 workouts programs, they are: Beginner, Intermediate, Advance, Ultimate, Definition and Showcase.

The Beginner program is designed for individuals who have never strength trained, trained for less than 6 months or never trained in a structured training program, also, great for body toning.

The Intermediate program is designed for Individuals who have trained with weights or fitness equipment in a structured training program more than 6 months or have completed our beginnerís program successfully.

The Advance program is designed for Individuals who have trained with weight or fitness equipment for 1 year or more in a structured training program or have completed our intermediate program successfully.

The Ultimate program is designed for Individuals who have trained with weight or fitness equipment for 1 year or more in a structured bulk training program or have completed our advance program successfully. 

The Definition program is designed to maximize muscle definition without increasing or decreasing overall body size.

The Showcase program is designed to prepare individuals for a showcase by maximizing muscles size and definition.

The minimum age requirement for these program is 8. For individuals 12 and under, they can perform the beginner workout only.  For individual 15 and under, they can perform the intermediate or beginner workouts only.  For 16 and over, they can perform all workout base on their weight lifting experience.

Individuals over the age of 16, your growth plates should have completed the growing process before you proceed with the advance, Ultimate or showcase workouts.  The Ultimate workout is for individuals 18 and over combine with significant experience weight lifters.
