Core Strengthening System ... Abdominals, Oblique, Lower Back, Groin

Our Core Training Program develops a mechanically sounded, stronger, dynamically flexible and quicker core —which leads to great rotational power, upper & lower body coordination, timing, tempo and rhythm.

Primary Muscles Development: Upper Abdominals, Middle Abdominals, Lower Abdominals, Internal Oblique, External Oblique, Lower Back and Groin

Secondary Muscles Development: Hips (Gluteus Maximus, Minimus & Medius), Quadriceps

Core Advantages: Increase your rotational speed, Maximize your rotational power, Improve your range of motion (upper to lower body rotation separation), Gain greater athleticism, Improve your linear and multi-linear directional agility, Gain greater balance, body control, and coordination

A strong core is required for all sports because it is the engine for controlling and coordinating proper functions of multiple muscle systems as an integrated collection of simultaneous muscles movements for your sports specific athleticism.

Our program is appropriate for any level of athletic experience because of the nature of resistance training: Beginner, Youth, High school, College, Professional, Male and Female athletes

To strengthen the muscles for high performance athleticism, exercises that involve the core muscles are essential.  A strong core is required for all sports because it is the engine for controlling and coordinating proper functions of multiple muscle systems as an integrated collection of simultaneous muscles movements for your sports specific athleticism.

High performance core strength is the ability to attain and maintain proper alignments of peripheral body parts during complex movements while controlling and coordinating the force generated by the upper and lower body.

The relationship between core strength, quickness, speed, leaping and power capabilities is all interconnected.  Athletes must have the core strength to handle the horsepower they are capable of generating from the upper and lower body peripherals. Therefore, an increase in speed or power requires an increase in core strength.

A strong core ensures more power potential, increased force production and better energy transfer in sports & activities like Baseball, Basketball, Football, Golf, Tennis, Tracking & Field, Volleyball, Running, Jumping, Agility and lifting

Our training program for core (i.e. the muscles that attach, control and coordinate the upper and lower body athleticism capabilities) develops the  foundation for extremity force production.

All core muscles together help prevent injury and improve performance.
